This half duplex is nestled on the bottom of Mount Tolmie, on Richmond Road. This means no neighbors peering in through the back windows! I am looking for a responsible male to take over my sublet for the summer.
Unfortunately no hairy pets are permitted, but if you have a fish or hamster, this place could be yours!
The room can be either furnished or unfurnished. The house will be shared with two other working males who are both clean. This place is one-of-a-kind as it has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, in-suite laundry, garden, and even an attached wood-working garage! The price includes utilities and internet.
The three of us roommates are 25 years old and are from Smithers B.C, a small northern town. I will be returning up there to go to work in the bush for the summer.
My room is the largest in the house which means plenty of room for activities. The time-frame for when you can move in is up to you.
